All content rights remain 100% with the original creators, producers, or rights holders. SOA TV does not own the content it distributes. We operate strictly as a distribution and delivery platform, providing the technology and reach needed to stream content globally. Creators simply grant SOA TV the limited rights required to host and deliver their content to audiences—nothing more.
SOA TV is designed around local delivery and local billing. Payments are processed in local currencies within each region where content is distributed, making access simple and affordable for viewers while ensuring creators and partners are paid fairly.
Through partnerships with IXPs, Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), ISPs, and MVNOs, SOA TV delivers content using zero-rated data, meaning supported content can be streamed or viewed offline without consuming users’ data bundles. Our technology coordinates billing and settlement across the full value-chain—network partners, content providers, and platform services—so every participant in the ecosystem is properly accounted for and compensated.
The result is a sustainable, transparent ecosystem that enables zero-data streaming, offline viewing, and seamless payments—built to scale across Africa and globally.
SOA TV is built with privacy by design. Your personal access, viewing history, and payment information are always kept secure and private. Each SOA account can host up to 5 separate guest profiles for close friends or family members, so everyone enjoys a personalized experience without sharing sensitive details.
The platform also supports dedicated kids’ and family watch profiles, with optional PIN protection to control access where needed. This ensures a safe, secure, and family-friendly viewing experience for every household member.
